The privacy of our customers has always been of the utmost importance to Assured Home Health, Hospice, Home Care and Medical Staffing.  Assured has a long history of protecting your privacy and our concern for your privacy is no different in the electronic age.  The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) was signed into law in 1996.  By law, Assured has to provide our patients with our Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes how medical information about our patients may be used and disclosed and how patients can get access to this information.  Our Notice of Privacy is available to read and may be downloaded as well.
