The Many Faces of Assured Benefits
Assured offers employees the opportunity to create their own benefits package, suitable to their individual needs and lifestyle. Assured offers a wide array of options and contributes a substantial amount to help cover the cost of essential benefits.
 
  • A competitive salary package—Assured conducts periodic market surveys of salaries paid for various positions to determine on an ongoing basis that its compensation package is consistent with current market conditions.
  • A 401(k) plan allows employees to save for their retirement years on a pre-tax basis through convenient payroll deductions. Employees may save up to 100 percent of their compensation not to exceed IRS limits. The company matches dollar for dollar up to maximum limits.  The yearly match depends on the number of employees who contribute. In addition, Assured offers numerous investment options to suit a variety of investment goals and styles.
  • Health insurance. Assured offers a consumer directed plan giving the employee the control over the plan and the contribution.
  • Dental insurance, Volunteer plan which offers a high and low options.
  • Vision insurance. Covered under health plan.
  • Voluntary Serious Disability Benefit.  Continuous hospital confinement of 72 hours or more.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) program.  Eligible employees will have a "fund" of time to use for vacation, sick, and personal time off based on elgible years of services with Assured.  This fund is referred to as Paid Time Off (PTO).  PTO hours will be funded to the employee's account per pay period based on the employee's actual hours worked.
  • combines vacation, sick, personal and most holiday pay into a bank of hours that employees can utilize to take off from work at their discretion (with their supervisor’s approval). New full-time employees receive PTO hours annually, which will increase after five years of service. Assured employees also are paid for leave from work for jury duty, funeral/serious illness and military reserve service.
  • Tuition reimbursement offers financial support to enable employees to pursue courses and educational programs that enhance skills in current or future work-related areas. Funded by Assured, reimbursement is based on completion of the course and grade level.
