• A competitive salary package—Assured conducts periodic market surveys of salaries paid for various positions to determine on an ongoing basis that its compensation package is consistent with current market conditions.

New full-time employees receive PTO hours annually, which will increase after five years of service. • Tuition reimbursement offers financial support to enable employees to pursue courses and educational programs that enhance skills in current or future work-related areas. Funded by Assured, reimbursement is based on completion of the course and grade level.
